Refund Policy

We'd rather you try InFocus free for 7 days than buy it and regret it — the trial includes every feature and needs no card. But if you bought it and it isn't working out, refunds are simple.
14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. We may ask what went wrong — feedback helps us improve the app — but an answer isn't a condition of the refund.
How to request a refund
- Email us at support@mattmade.ai from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order confirmation or license key so we can find the purchase. We'll initiate the refund with Dodo Payments.
- Or go through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for your purchase. Your order confirmation email contains their receipt and support details, and you can reach them via dodopayments.com.
What happens next
Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to your original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days after approval, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated.
After 14 days
Requests outside the window aren't covered by this policy, but email us anyway — if something is genuinely broken for you, we'll try to make it right. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you may have in your country.
